By the way, I hope you didn't think that clip was me, because it's Kim Plainfield drumming on that.
For me, I'm just doing regular gigs with a function band which I've done for the last 4 years. Prior to that, was cruising on ships doing shows and stuff.
I'm burning at the moment to get involved with some sort of original funk/fusiony type of band, because playing functions all the time is fun but a little restricting. I've got a little 8 channel mixing desk at home and as soon as I get the time, I'll set some mics up and record some stuff, not that my chops even begin to come close to some of the players on this board, but it'll be great to get some constructive advice here. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Kim earned his brazilian chops touring with Tania Maria and it shows. I find him and Paul Brochu to be stylistically very close.
